13. Digital Products, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Digital products, including the Dream Trip Savings Starter Kit, are final sale and non-refundable once access has been delivered.
For the 60-Minute Dream Trip Clarity Session, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge or canceled for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 4 and 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a cash refund. If the client chooses not to reschedule, 50% of the session fee may be applied as a credit toward one future Dream Trip Clarity Session. That credit must be used within 120 days of the original scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, forfeit the session and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Unexpected circumstances may be reviewed individually. Any exception, refund, credit, or additional rescheduling option is not guaranteed.
